DIY or PRO The company operate this site as an affiliate. The site provides a category listing and free search facility, search results are highlighted to improve the user experience. The site is completely database driven and hosted on a VPS (Virtual Private Server). Technologies used: ADO (Active X Data Objects) ASP (Active Server Pages) CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) JavaScript SQL (Structured Query Language) Associated with this website is an Access Database which I created to enable the client to manager their products locally, this provides facilities to import product datafeeds from online merchants. The database, developed in Microsoft Access provides a facility to preview each of the products to be displayed on the website. Built in Web Browser The database features a built in web browser to display the merchants images directly from their own websites. Activate and Feature Facilities to enable and disable products, as well as set them as featured (when they will appear on the home page of the website). Master and Sub Category Cross reference products into the consistent categories, these categories will then dynamically build the departments list on the website.
