Bath is renown for its restaurants, pubs and architecture including the Royal Crescent built by John Wood Jnr between 1767-75.  
 
 
  Bath was popular with the Romans in the 1st century, AD where they built the now famous Roman Baths with the discovery of the Hot Springs. It became a fashionable resort in the 18th century where Beau Nash was Master of Ceremonies in the Pump Rooms and the Assembly Rooms. In addition to visiting the historic Roman town of Bath we are ideally situated for exploring the West Country, Exmoor, Portsmouth and Stonehenge.
