Sinclair ZX Spectrum
The Sinclair ZX Spectrum was the machine that started it all for me, I bought one on a Friday evening at about 6pm, took it home and connected it all up, switched it on and started to write some simple programs (I have no interest in playing games on a computer). I stayed up all night as this thing just captured my imagination!
